Marina is a printmaking master and collaborator extraordinaire. I have been working with her at #10GrandPress for years, and it is always such an exciting adventure. She is preparing the chine-collé, a printmaking technique which I employ often to add color to an existing plate. That is Japanese paper that is cut, glued and then placed on the matrix of the plate. It can pull the finer details off the plate, and it provides wide swaths of color. This print is in one of the TIDES series featured on this website.
